WSB News

Wednesday, March 26th, 2008

Entries in our first WSB Colouring Competition have been coming in - we have some very talented artists at Orange Grove! We will be judging the competition in the last week of Term 2, and every child who catches the bus until the end of term will receive an entry form. All they have to do is colour it in, and hand it back to the bus Driver/Conductor the next time they catch the bus to be in the competition! ANYONE who catches the bus can enter, good luck all you walkers, and see you all next week for another fun ‘ride’ to Orange Grove! Remember, if you would like to try Driving or Conducting let one of the operators know!
The WSB will run again on Tuesday 1st April, and the colouring competition will be judged at the end of Term Two.

March Fundraising Meeting.

Friday, March 14th, 2008

With an ample supply of wine, cheese and chocolate, the March Fundraising meeting was extremely productive. Statistics from our recent surveys have been analysed and as a result the fundraising calendar for 2008 has been revised. This will be posted on the P&C website shortly for all to see! Our first new project for 2008, the rebuilding of the playground sandpit, is nearly under way – congratulations to everyone for making this possible!
Particular thanks to those people who have returned/are returning feedback surveys or who volunteered to help with our fundraising events – we appreciate your input very much!
